b) The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 requires that every individual hired be authorized to work in the United States. I understand that if offered employment I will be quired to present proper documentation of my work eligibility and identification.
c) If employed, I must at all times comply with Academics Plus, Inc. standards of work performance and business conduct.
